Refund policy

All sales are final.

We accept returns only if your item arrives damaged or incorrect. Due to the nature of art prints, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind.

To report an issue, please contact us at bubblebyc@outlook.com. within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests made after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not damaged or incorrect

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or special-order items

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at bubblebyc@outlook.com.

  • All prints are shipped flat and carefully packaged
